  Delicious! I've had take away from the down stairs shop and more recently, a sit down dinner upstairs. Both meals were very tasty, but the service for take away is much more hectic and gruff.
  
  If you're lucky enough to be seated for dinner with your friends and without a reservation, trek upstairs and order a whole chicken and large fries--it's what you're here for and trust me, you'll eat it all. Let the waiter recommend you a Portuguese wine, they know what they're doing! The service is good, and quite polite even when they had to inform us that payment was cash only.
  
  Prices are reasonable, service is fast, and you'll understand why this place is so popular. Just make sure you arrive early to grab a seat--and because the volume can get a bit loud from everyone enjoying themselves!

  From the quick service and take away set up downstairs, you would never know it was white table cloth tables upstairs! First, order a pitcher of sangria. Maybe order two. The Frango chicken was the favorite of the evening though the pork and clams dish took us by surprise. I've never had the combo and it was delicious with chopped chips. The chips were so good here. The sliced and cubbed ones even reminded me a bit of McDonald's. I have a soft spot for Mickey D's fries. To balance it all, we did order some greens. The Greek Salad was the perfect accompaniment with big chunks of tomato, feta and refreshing cucumber. A very memorable meal and i can't wait to one day go back.

  Beautiful succulent juicy chicken 3.75/5, i usually avoid breast meat but frango's is surprisingly not dry, testament to their grilling skills. Dont get me started about the flavours n spices n their chilli sauce.. Loved their chilli sauce.
  
  Unfortunately i didnt get to bite into my dining partner's burgers but was told they were good.
  
  Service a little disinterested from front counter staff but our waiter @our table was much improved compared to the front staff.

  I was in the area looking for a lunch time feed. I came across this place and it was buzzing with lots of people and was in the mood for some chicken. You would come here for the food but not the service. The lady serving me was quite brusque when I asked for a plastic bag to take away my lunch. There is a small seating area inside as well as a couple of tables outside too.
  
  I went with Combo #2 for $12.50 which included Half A Chicken (Portuguese), Chips Or Rice (I went with Tomato Rice) & Can Of Drink. This was good value. The chicken was nice and the rice went well with it.

  Great tasty chicken joint that also serves more than just chicken.
  Mussels, grills and traditional bakes are on the menu but expect a bit of a wait.
  
  One word for this place is chaotic!
  
  I enjoy the food here but I think they need to try some sort of system to manage orders and crowds.
